By downloading, accessing, or using Top Driver, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Monthly and Yearly Premium subscriptions are billed automatically through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.
All trip data, scores, and driving history belong to you. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Profile → Settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
